It was a wonderful experience to travel westward to my old USCG stopping grounds of Puget Sound for a very engaging 2+ days of engagement relative to our Marine Transportation System safety and resilience.  Shout out to Noel Jones who invested so much into the planning of this event and was unable to participate due to DHS funding shutdown, and Patrick Gallagher and the Marine Exchange of Puget Sound Team for running such a great engagement!
